Vegetarian

What is this?
Vegetarianism is the theory and practice of living solely upon vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, and nuts—with or without the addition of milk products and eggs—generally for ethical, ascetic, environmental, or nutritional reasons.
V-Label is an internationally recognized, registered seal for labelling vegan and vegetarian products and services established in Switzerland in 1996. It is a reliable certification for consumers and a brand, which covers over 70,000 types of products.

Why is it important?
For various reasons people could choose to refrain from consuming certain types of food. It could be religious or health issue, or a moral position towards animals.
Certification guarantees that there are no hidden ingredients from an unwanted origin (like for example a fruit candy containing gelatin, which is derived from cow’s cartilage).
Honey is an animal product and therefore by definition, not vegan. But some people following a plant-based diet have no objection to consuming honey, maybe because they don't consider bees animals. Besides in its substance honey is flower nectar, and unlike other bee products (like royal jelly) it doesn’t contain bee matter.

Beegans are vegans, who accept the bees honey, and what’s just wonderful because without the bees there will be no plants, and no life for all of us.
